The Front Desk Team

Marlene has been a member of the Southview Team since September 1996. She attended Career Canada College to obtain her CDA II and worked as an assistant for many years. Although Marlene likes assisting the dentists, and does so from time to time, she really enjoys working at the front desk to greet all the patients she has come to know after all these years.

Marlene has two adult children. She loves to spend riding her bike, gardening, exploring different trails and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle joined Southview Dental in 2019 and brings with her a friendly, professional approach, to make all patients feel welcome and relaxed when they enter and leave the office.

Michelle enjoys meeting new patients and catching up with existing patients. She is always available to assist with any administrative needs or insurance concerns.

Michelle and her husband have two grown sons. During the warmer months they enjoy spending time together with family and friends at their trailer. Michelle’s hobbies include crocheting, gardening and her 75 gal fish tank.

Jane entered dentistry as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1984 and began her employment with Southview dental as a CDA II in 2007; she then transitioned to an administrative role. Jane went to further her education and is now our office Treatment Coordinator.

Jane is happy to support patients with treatment options, insurance coverage and financials as well as explaining procedures and booking appointments.

While outside of the office Jane enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Gabrielle graduated from George Brown College Dental Administration program in 2020. She has been a part of the Southview Dental Clinic team since 2021.

Gabrielle has a passion for customer service and ensuring all patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visits.

Gabrielle spends her weekends up north during the summers, enjoys reading and hiking in her spare time.
